Day Twentyfour

This morning we arose early and started hiking a basically flat section of trail with a few stream crossings, shortly thereafter passing the hot springs and then crossing the Kern on a sturdy wooden bridge. After this the trail soon reached the High Sierra Trail turnoff where we began a very steep ascent to our next camp at Moraine Lake.
