Day Eight

In the morning we went to the boat dock, soon taking the taxi over to Vermillion Resort where we picked up our food drop, ate an excellent meal (or two, or three), and stayed the night in a (first night free) tent cabin. The people at Vermillion treat backpackers as if they were royalty, they have most supplies you might need, a hikers barrel which has excess food and/or gear left by hikers, and a very fine chef! Considering where they are located, the resort has quite reasonable prices also.
